General terms and conditions

1. Scope:
The following terms and conditions will be valid for sale and shipping of all products you will order as client of our homepage.
Divergent or complementary arrangements ask for explicit agreement by arge neukomm/leopoldine in written form. An agreement via E-Mail is adequate.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract:
All offers on www.saudade.at are without obligation and subject to change. The contract comes off when closing the order transaction on www.saudade.at.

3. Cancellation and right of return:
Return or change of products is generally impossible. The ware can be given back at the time of seven weekdays (Saturday does not count as weekday) after delivery in perfect and original packing (KSchG).
Faulty goods can be returned within 14 days after invoice writing. The product will be changed, cash refund is not possible.

4. Payment:
The purchase price falls due in advance.
The tax on sales is included (private licensing).

5. Delivery:
If not arranged differently the delivery will be sent to the customers mailing address.
Details concerning the delivery time are without obligation, except from a promised delivery date for once.

6. Privacy protection:
By closing the order transaction the client agrees, that his address- and order data will be electronically stored and used for internal reasons. These data will not be handed to a third party. The consent can be cancelled any time in written form.

7. Final clause and place of venue:
These terms and conditions are subject to Austrian law. Should one or more arrangements of them become invalid, that would not cause the invalidity of the whole contract. Merely the invalid arrangement would be substituted by the relevant legislation.
Salzburg will be place of jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with delivery transactions.
Terms and conditions can be changed any time, they would become valid by publication on www.saudade.at.
